Sierra Services is led by Santiago Sierra. I help founders turn a skill into a business people can understand and contact: clear website, clear offer, clear next steps.

I hold a Master's degree in Business Administration from Hochschule Luzern. Useful foundation. But clients hire me for execution: clearer pages, cleaner flows, and business systems that make day-to-day work easier.

A lot of founders already know their craft. What they do not have yet is the structure around it. No proper site. No clean enquiry path. No business email. No simple way to track leads and next steps.

That is the gap I like fixing. The work can include the website, Google presence, forms, booking, Stripe or invoicing setup, and the first simple systems that stop the business from running on memory alone.
